Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We give 7 days from the time you receive an item to notify us of any damages*, defects, or if you would like to request a refund or an exchange on eligible merchandise.
Customers are responsible for returning the item to us within 7 days of submitting a request & all related shipping costs.
All returns will be paid in the form of store credit issued as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards will be delivered via email once the return process is completed and approved.
Refund Eligibility
Products must be in new condition & have no signs of wash, wear or damages. They must still have original packaging/tags & receipt/order #
Shoes must have original box & packaging. They must also be free of any signs of wear, dirt, scuffs or they will not be accepted.
Packaged items must not be opened, any signs of use may result in the return being denied.

Sale items are final sale & not eligible for return
Due to sanitary concerns - Items that are considered "Personals" & are not eligible for refund or exchange.
"Personals" = swimwear, wigs, earrings, hosiery, face & body jewels, pasties, & lingerie
Halloween Costumes are Final Sale & Not Eligible for Refund.
If an item is not acceptable for return it will be discarded or returned at the expense of the customer and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
