Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). New orders will receive a confirmation email once the order is received, then a shipping email once the shipment has been received by the selected carrier.

Shipments are processed through USPS or UPS postal services.
In-store pickup
We offer in store pickup in Pacific Beach at our San Diego location! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

International Shipping
We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back soon as we plan to add these options in the near future!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Mileage.lfdp@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We give 7 days from the time you receive an item to notify us of any damages*, defects, or if you would like to request a refund or an exchange.
Customers are responsible for returning the item to us within 7 days of submitting a request & all related shipping costs. Please refer to Return/Exchange page for return eligibility
All returns will be paid in the form of store credit issued as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards will be delivered via email once the return process is completed and approved.
